YOU DON'T SAY!.:)) Listen to your body instead. Your body will always tell you: 'It's okay!' or 'That's enough!' or 'Don't touch it!'


 Principle No5.    Nourishment brings satisfaction. Satisfaction is knowing when to stop. Satisfaction is contentment & gratitude & appreciation of your body and life... the secret of pure happiness. 


 Principle No6.    Dance your emotions don't 'eat' your emotions! Negative emotions are painful, whereas food is joyful. These two are poll opposite. Keep them separate.

Daily routines highly impact how your body stays healthy and how fast it can recover from an illness. The brain will lock in these daily rituals and bring these to the surface when you need them the most.


Daily routines help improve your mental health, which means that your stress levels are easily manageable. This is important because when you don't manage your stress, you could put yourself at risk for heart disease. Many people who don't have a daily ritual are more likely to suffer from not only stress, they eat poorly, have poor sleep, always runs out of time for things and don't really exercise and unfortunately each of these areas have the potential to create chronic inflammation in the body.
