The 7 Food's Principles To Implement For Physical & Mental Nourishment.

Here's what most of the women that come to me are missing...The knowledge that they are indeed the most qualified health expert out there when it comes to their own bodies. This is why my mission is to empower you ladies to no1 take responsibility and no2 take control of your health. It's really crucial to know and understand that your body needs you - know and understand what your body needs from you.
How to reduce your risks of getting a serious health condition by strengthening Your Immune System in less than 6 weeks through holistic dance teaching you Important Steps That Works In Synergy To Provide Your Body With A Balance Self-care. Right now, here's my 7 Principles Formula.
Principle No 1. 95% of diets ultimately fail. Diet never really works for weight loss and will most certainly not work for health. Simply because diet plants have a set time and health plans have to be continuous.
Principle No2. Always celebrate your appetite & redirect your taste towards foods that serve your body so you can quit feeling guilty for loving your food, and don't be afraid to eat spicy!!!
Principle No3. Do not treat food as your enemy. Instead, change your mindset and treat food as medicine because that's exactly what food can be if you want to.
Principle No4. Protect your psychological health by not giving in, to 'outside influencers' ie. family and friends as they can be your 'Food Police at times or Food enabler - with questions and statements such as: 'Don't eat that!!!', 'Are you really going to eat that???', or 'Not a big deal, have 2 more scoops of the ice cream...they're to die for..!' YOU DON'T SAY!.:)) Listen to your body instead. Your body will always tell you: 'It's okay!' or 'That's enough!' or 'Don't touch it!'
Principle No5. Nourishment brings satisfaction. Satisfaction is knowing when to stop. Satisfaction is contentment & gratitude & appreciation of your body and life... the secret of pure happiness.
Principle No6. Dance your emotions, don't 'eat' your emotions! Negative emotions are painful, whereas food is joyful. These two are polar opposites. Keep them separate.

Principle No7. Give your body a rest so you can digest all your food. Shift your mindset and view movement and dance, not as a must, but as a tool that facilitates your digestion. When you go for it, just focus on how movement makes you feel in your body and gently move after a meal.
This is a bonus, a big one! Create an environment that promotes ultimate health. Your bedroom, kitchen and toilet must be a priority more on that another time.
